Cardiometry : Measurement of the heart, as by percussion or auscultation.
Cardiosclerosis : Induration of the heart, caused by development of fibrous tissue in the cardiac muscle.
Cardiosphygmograph : A combination of cardiograph and sphygmograph.
Carditis : Inflammation of the fleshy or muscular substance of the heart. See Endocarditis and Pericarditis.
Cardo : The basal joint of the maxilla in insects. ;; The hinge of a bivalve shell.
Cardol : A yellow oily liquid, extracted from the shell of the cashew nut.
